Languages
- LangCorrect: You write a post in your target language and native speakers of that language will correct it. In exchange, you correct posts by other people written in your native language.
- WordReference: Dictionary with several language pairs. I use the Spanish-English dictionary, and the forums also help with questions about more specific grammar and slang.
- Clozemaster: Study vocabulary in context using spaced repetition. Has a ton of languages, but I only use it for Spanish.
- LyricsTraining: Learn using lyrics and music videos. Has songs in several languages, but I only use it for Spanish.
- FluentU: Offers a library of real-world videos with interactive subtitles. At $20 a month, it's too expensive for me, but if you scroll to the bottom of the FluentU website, you'll find a list of FluentU blogs for several languages under "Learner Blogs". I've been reading the Spanish learner blog.
- Anki: Make flashcards and study anything using spaced repetition. Free and open-source software. Hard to set up in the beginning, but once you get used to it, very fun to customize.
- Easy Languages: YouTube channel with several language-specific playlists. The parent channel of Easy Spanish.
